Ben Willoughby
Motorsport Underwriter
Ben calls on his industry experience, coupled with his enthusiasm and passion for motorsport, to offer advice and help customers find the insurance solution they’re looking for via Shepherd Compello and the Lloyd’s market.
Ben’s key role is looking after motorsport insurance sales, specialising in both on track and road-going cover, together with the day-to-day activities of the business. Hi strength of understanding client needs together with his extensive knowledge of insurers, means he’s able to provide customers with an exemplary level of service.
Maha Jamil
Motorsport Administrator
Maha provides administrative support to the Shepherd Compello Motorsport team. Sharing a passion for motorsport and keen to enter the world of insurance, after graduating from the University of Greenwich, Maha was eager to combine the two and joined Shepherd Compello in 2021.
After studying Events Management, Maha possesses a range of skills that readily transfer to the motorsport arena, enabling her to provide excellent customer service combined with proven time management and organisational abilities.

Motorsport Broker
Simona has recently joined the Shepherd Compello team as a Motorsport Broker. Having worked in the motorsport insurance industry for the past 4 years, she brings exceptional experience and knowledge to the role.
Simona’s work involves managing and developing our motorsport insurance products, specialising in the commercial side of the business and helping customers find the right product for their needs. Simona’s extensive product knowledge means she understands the diverse nature of requirements, ensures customer expectations can be met from start to finish.
